FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • It’s not often that new industries are created with the economic and social impact of the emerging legal psychedelics and cannabis industries. Entrepreneurs who have a tolerance for risk and a diverse skill set are well-poised to build successful businesses and companies while positively impacting communities. As an advisor who’s worked in legacy, medical, and adult-use markets, I can help guide you to success in any legal cannabis or plant medicine market.

  • First, find out if cannabis is legal in your home state. If so, is it legal for medical or adult-use cannabis or both? If you live in a legal state and have the skills and resources to open your dispensary, please email me to schedule your free consultation.

  • When you work with me and my team, you work with the best in the business. Your success is our mission. Everything that needs to be done to be successful in the cannabis, psychedelics or plant medicine industries, we’ve already done many times over in a variety of markets. We love what we do and that passion comes through in our work. Hiring the right advisors is the first step to success in these emerging industries.

  • Legal cannabis is a complex and difficult business that requires a lot of experience and attention to do right. Most larger firm consultants have never owned or operated a cannabis company before and have limited to no direct experience in cannabis. Larger firms are often incapable of paying close attention to their clients because they have so many clients to manage.

My service model is different because my team is small and agile, and we work with a limited number of clients to ensure their success. I stay closely engaged throughout our work and am committed to being accessible and responsive. In addition, I am one of the world’s experts in the cannabis industry and have a vast network of valuable contacts available to my clients.

  • No. I am not licensed or insured to raise funds or capital.

  • No. I am not making any investments at this time.

  • It depends. I am not a licensed broker so I cannot facilitate most transactions between parties. I can advise clients on how best to position themselves or their businesses for an exit, how to negotiate with other parties in any transaction, assess the value of assets or companies, and assist with due diligence of terms or parties.

  • Both. Clients can engage me for a la carte services like a pro forma or a license application. If clients want me to help them build their business from the ground up and guide them through all the steps, clients can contract for that, too. Every client and project is unique so it’s best to reach out and inquire about which services or bundle might be right for you.

  • Putting my clients first. Exceeding expectations. Never giving up.

  • The singular mission of my consulting work right now is the success of my clients. I know that if I do that, together we will have a tremendous impact on our communities and the world.
